Story of Little Habs

Little Habs was founded in July 2017 with the intent of creating a positive and encouraging learning environment for young children. By primarily focusing on children aged 8 months to 29 months, we are able to tap into their early developmental stages and instill in them a sense of joy and wonder when it comes to learning. Little Habs strives to create a fun, interactive and stimulating environment for which children can learn and engage at their own pace. Our team is comprised of passionate teachers and educators who have helped tailor a balanced curriculum that will help ensure that children will be happy and excited to take their very first steps towards a fruitful learning journey.

Little Habs also takes pride in not only preparing children for their educational endeavors, but the parents as well in helping them engage with their children and equipping them with practical parenting knowledge. We believe that love and passion for learning starts at home, and Little Habs hosts workshops and seminars to help parents encourage and inspire their children.

Philosophy

We know that the first steps are the most precious, and yet they never come easy. That’s why we are here to highlight and celebrate the tiniest steps and moments in your children’s lives. With proper guidance, support and mutual understanding, we believe that each of your child’s steps could lead to great success in the future. It doesn’t matter when you decide to step in or where you’re planning to go; it’s all about learning how to partake in the process because, in the end, every step counts.

Our Curriculum

We have a well-planned whole-child curriculum that has been designed from the ground up to maximize your children’s educational experience. Our programmes are designed as such so that both the educators and parents will have a good sense of their progression on a gradual basis. We cover a large spectrum of a child’s early developmental stages to ensure that no stone is left unturned when they begin their learning journey.

Our Teaching Aids

We have a wide selection of teaching aids that help us in guiding your children through the various lesson they will experience at Little Habs. We select an array of edible and non-edible materials for children to explore safely depending on their age. Our toys have been carefully selected and are age appropriate. Little Habs also takes part in designing our own learning materials and writing our own songs to incorporate them into our lessons. We also work closely with our curriculum development team to design “Take Home Activity Packs’ for parents and children to strengthen their learning at home.

The team at Little Habs is comprised of specialized educators with a background in early-childhood education and wonderfully caring and enthusiastic staff, all of who are dedicated to giving your children the best experience possible in starting their educational journey.
